Talk to a person.

Two addresses. That's the whole list — no ticket portal, no phone tree, and no number printed here that we'd only half answer.

Where to write

Support

Your account, something that's broken, a privacy or data request, a question about the giveaway, or anything you couldn't find an answer to. It's also where press and partnership mail lands.

Removals

Venues and rights holders. Kept as its own address on purpose — a removal request that disappears into a general inbox is how it turns into a lawyer's letter, and one answered in hours almost never does.

Reporting something in the app

Report it from the message or the profile rather than by email. The report carries the message with it, which is the difference between something we can act on and a description of something we can't see.

We aim to review every report and act within 24 hours. That's what the Terms say, in those words. Acting on one means removing the content, removing the person, or both. You can see the status of anything you've filed under Settings → Your reports.

Blocking is separate, and it's instant. Block someone and they're gone from every room you're in, and you from theirs. It holds after you close the app.

Event rooms clear seven days after the night they were for. A reported message is held while the report is open and for a while after it's resolved — so filing one the day before a room empties doesn't quietly destroy the thing you filed about.

Venues: getting your listings out

Email removals@aroundthego.com from an address at your domain, or with anything showing you're authorised to speak for the venue. We'll remove your events and stop collecting them. You don't have to explain why, and we won't ask.

On our side it's one step, not two: the removal and the stop happen together, so there's never a window where we've agreed to stop and your events are still sitting in the feed. More about where listings come from.

Copyright takedowns

We respond to notices of claimed infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Send them to removals@aroundthego.com. A valid notice includes:

We'll remove or disable the material and tell whoever posted it. They can send a counter-notice with the equivalent information, and if they do we may restore it after ten business days unless we hear that you've filed suit. Accounts that infringe repeatedly are terminated.

Email is the route that's live. A postal address for formal legal notice and service of process is going into the Terms before launch — we're not printing one here that doesn't yet receive mail, because an address that bounces is worse than one you have to ask for.

Opting out of arbitration

The Terms contain an arbitration agreement and a class action waiver, and a 30-day right to reject both. To use it, email support@aroundthego.com with the subject Arbitration Opt-Out within 30 days of first accepting the Terms, and include your name and the email on your account.

That's all it takes. We won't ask why, it won't affect your account, and everything else in the Terms still applies. Read the Terms.

There's no phone line. One that rang out would tell you less than this page does.
